Website privacy

The web edition creates sound on your device. It does not use a microphone, make audio recordings or upload audio. No account is used. Preferences and your last three reaction outcomes are stored locally. These records remain until you use Clear local data or remove the site’s stored data through your browser. Clear local data erases saved preferences and reaction outcomes; it does not erase hosting records. Loading onlinedogwhistle.com sends ordinary hosting requests. The hosting service receives normal server metadata, which can include your IP address, request time, requested address and browser details. Hosting records may remain under the host’s retention policy; this text sets no fixed retention period. Clearing browser data does not delete those server records. Searching offline lessons does not require an account. Sharing a lesson passes content to the destination you choose, whose privacy rules then apply. Following an external store link sends a request to that store. Browser controls can remove local site storage, but cannot remove records held by a host or an external service. onlinedogwhistle.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website through automatic installation by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also processes ordinary hosting and request data needed to serve the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, referring URL, pages visited, and timing or performance information. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and is used to measure aggregate website traffic and performance. Dog whistle preferences and reaction history you create in the web tool stay in your browser on your device unless you choose to remove them.
