Preset drill

Select Recall in the preset drills and start its fixed sequence: an 8000 Hz tone sounds for 0.8 seconds, with a three-second gap between repetitions, for three repetitions. Begin at low system volume. Recall shares a total allowance of three drill runs per day with Attention and Settle, resetting at midnight UTC.

1. Lower system volume, place the speaker away from ears, and check the current output device.
2. Select Recall from the three preset drills and review the shared daily allowance.
3. Start once and allow the three 0.8-second sounds and their three-second gaps to play.
4. Stop at any sign of discomfort, then review the app state before considering another run.
